We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head Chef to lead kitchen operations for a busy leisure and entertainment facility serving a diverse customer base Position Head Chef Number of Vacancies 1 Location Saudi Arabia Industry Food amp Beverage Hospitality Leisure Employment Type Full-Time Hiring Type Direct Hire Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all kitchen operations Oversee preparation and service across a multi-cuisine menu including Western and Arabic cuisine Ensure consistent food quality presentation taste and portion control Develop and maintain kitchen SOPs and food preparation standards Supervise train and allocate duties to kitchen staff Manage kitchen schedules and ensure adequate staffing during service Monitor food inventory stock levels and purchasing requirements Control food costs and minimize wastage Conduct portion and cost control to maintain profitability Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and sanitation standards Monitor kitchen cleanliness and equipment maintenance Coordinate closely with F amp B management and operations teams Manage high-volume service efficiently while maintaining quality Handle kitchen-related issues and implement corrective actions Requirements Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or senior kitchen management professional. Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment is required. Strong knowledge of Western and Arabic cuisine. Excellent kitchen leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of food costing, stock control, and inventory management. Thorough knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work under pressure during peak service periods.
