Supervise civil and structural works for villas, townhouses, apartments, commercial buildings, and amenities. Review structural shop drawings, calculations, material submittals, and method statements. Inspect excavation, foundations, reinforced concrete, structural steel, waterproofing, and associated civil works. Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, Saudi Building Code, and quality requirements. Resolve structural coordination issues and site discrepancies. Monitor testing, inspections, NCR closure, and corrective works. Support snagging, as-built review, and structural handover. Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Minimum 10 years of civil and structural engineering experience. Experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments. Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, structural steel, foundations, waterproofing, and construction quality. Ability to review structural drawings, calculations, RFIs, and technical submittals. Knowledge of SBC, ACI, AISC, and relevant international standards. Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is mandatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
