Mechanical engineer

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresh Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our Project Management Office (PMO). This role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to develop their technical and project management skills by supporting planning, scheduling, reporting, document control, quality monitoring, and coordination activities across multiple projects. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced engineers and project managers to gain hands‑on exposure to project controls and construction management. Responsibilities: Support the PMO team in monitoring project progress. Assist in coordinating activities between engineering, construction, consultants, and contractors. Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes. Follow up on action items assigned by the PMO team. Monitor project milestones and deliverables. Support progress tracking against approved baselines. Help prepare weekly and monthly progress reports. Maintain project documentation and records. Ensure proper filing of technical documents and correspondence. Support preparation of presentations and project dashboards. Review engineering drawings for completeness. Assist in quantity take-offs and basic engineering calculations. Participate in technical inspections when required. Collect project data from different stakeholders. Prepare progress reports and KPI updates. Support management reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with company procedures and PMO standards. Assist in monitoring quality documentation. Support implementation of project governance processes. Participate in internal audits when required. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
