Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a PMO / Implementation Manager to lead delivery across our project-based operations. The business secures contracts, staffs delivery teams, and reports on execution; this role owns that delivery function end to end, working closely with stakeholders across the business and relaying the Chairman's direction. Must have Big 4 or or major consultancy (Pw C, EY, Deloitte) PMO experience. Key Responsibilities: Run the PMO function for project-based, contract-staffed delivery engagements. Oversee project implementation from staffing through execution and reporting. Work closely with stakeholders across the business to align on priorities and delivery. Relay and implement the Chairman's direction across delivery operations. Apply change management and implementation methodology across consulting and knowledge-based projects. Requirements: Background from a Big 4 or major consultancy (Pw C, EY, Deloitte) PMO function. Strong implementation track record, not purely advisory: delivery, staffing, and reporting on projects.
