It infrastructure technical project manager

Location: Saudi Arabia, on-siteEngagement: ContractReports to: PMO DirectorOrganisation: A regional healthcare technology and enterprise solutions group We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, control and delivery of complex infrastructure projects across active, passive and low-current (ELV) systems. The role sits in the Project Management Office and works closely with engineers, cybersecurity, HSE, operations, procurement and vendors. The Role Own the integrated project plan: scope, WBS, schedule, budget, resources, quality and acceptance baselines Lead requirements validation, site surveys, design coordination, submittals and RFIs Coordinate active infrastructure: network, security, compute, storage, backup, virtualisation, monitoring and hybrid cloud Coordinate passive infrastructure: MDF/IDF rooms, containment, racks, copper and fibre cabling, testing and as-builts Coordinate ELV systems: CCTV, access control, PA, AV, IPTV, BMS, nurse call and fire-alarm interfaces Manage procurement inputs, BOQ reconciliation, long-lead items and vendor performance Run schedules, forecasts, RAID logs, change control and recovery plans Plan controlled cutovers and lead testing, commissioning and operational handover What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in computer, telecoms, network, IT or electrical/electronics engineering Active PMP certification from PMI, verifiable At least five consecutive years delivering integrated IT infrastructure projects across active, passive and ELV End-to-end ownership from planning through commissioning, cutover and handover Strong project controls: WBS, critical path, forecasting, RAID and change control Proven site delivery and vendor management Nice to Have BICSI RCDD, RTPM or DCDC CCNP Enterprise or Security, ITIL Foundation Experience in hospitals, data centres, campuses, government or 24×7 environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
