Project coordinator

To support and monitor projects by coordinating with relevant departments, tracking project timelines and costs, maintaining project data and reports using Microsoft Excel , and working closely with the Finance Departmentto ensure projects are delivered in line with approved plans and budgets. Key Responsibilities Monitor project plans and phases and ensure the status of each project is regularly updated. Prepare and maintain project trackers and reports using Microsoft Excel . Coordinate with the Finance Department to follow up on project budgets, payments, invoices, and expenses. Track actual project costs against approved budgets and report any variances or discrepancies. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure project requirements are completed within agreed timelines. Follow up on project tasks and deadlines to ensure deliverables are completed according to plan. Prepare periodic reports covering project progress, costs, pending tasks, delays, and key challenges. Organize and maintain project data and documentation, including quotations, invoices, approvals, and other related documents. Follow up on requests and approvals required from different departments and ensure timely completion. Identify and escalation any delays or issues that may impact project progress to the direct manager. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field. Previous experience in project coordination or project follow-up is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , preferably including Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, and reporting. Good numerical skills with the ability to track budgets and expenses. Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills. Good communication and coordination skills, particularly when working with the Finance Department and other internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
