Solution engineer

As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you will act as the technical lead throughout the sales cycle, partnering closely with Account Managers to support new business and growth opportunities. You will take a consultative approach, helping customers understand how Ave Point solutions can address their technical and business needs. This role combines strong technicalexpertisewith customer-facing engagement and commercial awareness. Key responsibilities: Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer use cases, both remotely and in person Lead technical discovery sessions and present solution overviews and deep dives Support customers through evaluation, proof-of-conceptand decision-making stages Build and configure demo and proof-of-concept environments Contribute to RFI/RFP responses, articulating businessvalueand technical capability Partner with Sales to understand customerobjectivesand position solutions effectively Build strong relationships with key business and technical stakeholders Support partner and marketing activities including events,webinarsand workshops Provide feedback to product and technical teams on market trends and customer requirements Take ownership of the technical aspects of deals through to close What you will bring: Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders Fluent in English and Arabic Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value Commercial mindset with an interest in sales and customer outcomes Technical skills: Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies (including Share Point Online) Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and identity technologies (e.g. Entra ID) Understanding of identity,accessand permissions management Familiarity with networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, Active Directory, SMTP, DHCP) Knowledge of data protection, backup, migration, and governance concepts Understanding of Share Point architecture and cloud/hybrid environments Broader awareness of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is beneficial Any personal data you share with us during the application process will be processed strictly in compliance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Notice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
