About the Role: To manage a self-directing, multi-functional team in the manufacture and packaging of seafood products while maintaining internal and regulatory standards and continuously improving production efficiencies in a safe manner Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted: Bachelor degree in dairy / food technology or related field. 2 to 5 years experience in a Quality role Working knowledge of ISO9000 / ISO 22000 quality standards Excellent communication skills, Arabic / English Driving and helping to implement & corrective actions along with department managers Being active member of HACCP team Successful commissioning of new equipment verification and trials Maintain Health and Safety in the dept by conducting risk assessments Plant inspections as and when required.
