Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries requests and complaints professionally Provide accurate information about products orders and services Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with relevant departments Resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up Maintain strong relationships with customers Record and update customer information and interactions Prepare reports and maintain accurate records Support the sales team with customer-related requests Key Requirements 2+ years of experience in Customer Service. Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
