Quantity surveyor

Job Description Overview Atkins Réalis is currently looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team to work on newly awarded large-scale masterplan development project. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile project within in Saudi Arabia. Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports. Review contract documents and ensure compliance with cost parameters. Measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works. Assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations. Monitor project cost performance and report deviations. Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration. About you Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. 5–10 years’ QS experience. Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools.
