Payroll Validation The role validates monthly attendance overtime and shift differential data to ensure accurate payroll processing for all employee categories Government Compliance This position manages all interactions with MHRSD platforms including Qiwa Muqeem and Mudad to ensure timely visa and wage protection compliance Employee Lifecycle The supervisor oversees end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes including medical checks Iqama issuance and final settlement calculations Data Integrity The role maintains accurate employee master data in the HRIS to support reliable reporting and audit readiness Team Supervision This position supervises HR coordinators by assigning tasks monitoring performance and providing training on regulatory updates Audit Support The supervisor provides documented evidence of HR transactions and compliance measures during internal and external audits Process Optimization The role identifies inefficiencies in current HR workflows and implements standardized procedures to reduce processing time Stakeholder Coordination This position collaborates with Finance and HSE departments to align payroll inputs with cost centers and safety certification requirements Preferred Nice-to-have Experience in the mining refining or manufacturing sectors in Saudi Arabia Familiarity with Jisr system Certification such as SHRM-CP or CIPD Level 5 Track record of successful audit management in HR operations Success Metrics Zero violations in Wage Protection System submissions over twelve months Payroll error rate maintained below 1 per cycle 100 timely renewal of visas and work permits for expatriate staff Improvement or maintenance of Green Platinum Nitaqat status Reduction in average onboarding processing time by 20 Completion of digital archiving for all active employee files Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Six years of HR operations experience with two years in a supervisory role. Expertise in Saudi government platforms including Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and GOSI. Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and Wage Protection System requirements. Experience managing payroll inputs for shift-based industrial workforces. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with major HRIS platforms. Fluency in English and Arabic for effective communication with authorities and staff.
