Construction Manager vacancy in Jeddah Saudi Arabia Construction Project Manager We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the entire construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a contract position ideal for an Egyptian national with experience in construction management. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the construction project Develop detailed construction schedules and budgets Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of the project Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Manage project budget and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress Address any issues or delays in the construction process Hire and manage subcontractors as needed Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment for the project Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region Extensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team effectively Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) Proficient in using project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project This is a great opportunity for a skilled Construction Project Manager looking to take on new challenges and make an impact on large-scale projects.
