Job Description

Supply Chain Management Oversee and manage the entire logistics process from procurement to delivery. Coordinate with suppliers manufacturers and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods. Transportation Coordination Plan and execute transportation strategies to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs. Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries to ensure compliance with timelines. Documentation and Compliance Prepare and manage all necessary shipping and logistics documentation including customs paperwork. Ensure compliance with local regulations and international shipping standards. Communication and Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for logistics-related inquiries and issues. Collaborate with internal teams including sales and customer service to align logistics operations with business needs. Problem Solving Identify and resolve logistical challenges including delays, damages and discrepancies. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of Proven experience in logistics coordination. Strong understanding of logistics processes, transportation regulations, and inventory management. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Candidate must have complete knowledge of Airfreight, Express shipments, LTL, FTL, Ocean, Bulk etc #J-18808-Ljbffr
