JOB DETAILS Position Title Senior Procurement Executive Reports to Manager Purchase Department Purchase Division Purchase JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY Responsible for end-to-end procurement operations for raw materials ensuring timely sourcing purchase order execution supplier coordination and uninterrupted material availability to support manufacturing operations KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES DUTIES Procurement Operations amp Purchase Order Management Manage procurement of raw materials in line with production and business requirements Issue track and manage purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries Supplier Coordination amp Negotiation Negotiate pricing payment terms and supply agreements with suppliers Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure on-time order confirmations and deliveries Cross-Functional Coordination amp Material Availability Monitor material availability and work with Planning Production Warehouse and Quality teams to prevent stock-outs Records amp Data Management Maintain procurement records contracts and supplier master data in SAP ERP systems Issue Resolution amp Supplier Development Resolve supplier-related issues including delays shortages quality concerns and documentation discrepancies Identify alternate suppliers and support supplier qualification activities Track supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives Reporting amp Documentation Prepare procurement reports open PO trackers and material availability updates Location Willingness to travel and relocate to Saudi Arabia if required Working Days Standard office days as per company policy COMMUNICATIONS amp WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Planning Production Warehouse and Quality teams Coordination on material availability delivery schedules and prevention of stock-outs Raw material suppliers and vendors Negotiate pricing payment terms and supply agreements ensure timely order confirmations and deliveries SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Strong background in procurement operations and purchase order management Proven supplier relationship management and commercial negotiation experience Working knowledge of inventory and material planning coordination Proficiency in SAP ERP systems Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel and relocate to Saudi Arabia if required QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE amp SKILLS Education Bachelors degree in supply chain Business Administration Engineering or related field Experience 6 to 7 years of experience in Procurement Purchasing or Supply Chain functions within manufacturing or FMCG environments including managing raw material procurement and supplier relationships Skills Procurement operations and purchase order management supplier relationship management commercial negotiations inventory and material planning coordination SAP ERP proficiency strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems Strong background in procurement operations and purchase order management. Proven supplier relationship management and commercial negotiation experience. Working knowledge of inventory and material planning coordination. Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel and relocate to Saudi Arabia if required. Education: Bachelors degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 6 to 7 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain functions within manufacturing or FMCG environments, including managing raw material procurement and supplier relationships.
