Review contractor baseline, recovery, revised, and look-ahead programmes. Monitor critical and near-critical paths, milestones, interfaces, and schedule risks. Manage progress measurement, Earned Value Analysis, forecasting, and delay analysis. Prepare executive dashboards, S-curves, manpower histograms, and variance reports. Assess Extension of Time submissions and conduct Time Impact Analysis. Coordinate schedule information with commercial, technical, procurement, and construction teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of project-controls and construction-planning experience. Proven planning experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial projects. Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and advanced Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of baseline development, critical-path analysis, EVM, forecasting, and forensic delay analysis. PMI-SP, PSP, PMP, or an equivalent certification is preferred.
