Pre-sales engineer

Job Scope The Pre-Sales Engineer is accountable for advising and coordinating with the Sales team on all technical issues related but not limited to account penetration strategies, pre-sales implementations, solution design and training. S/He is a technical expert building strong relationships with partners and customers and driving the business through multiple technical initiatives. Job Title Pre-Sales Engineer Main Duties And Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert in technical/solutions design of Data Center site preparation products/services; Work with the Sales team to develop and implement specific account penetration strategies and achieve set targets; Create specific accounts for product(s), service(s) and sales plans pertaining to Data Center site preparation products/services; Collaborate with the Sales team in qualifying opportunities, supporting and advising on the technical aspect of the sales lifecycle including technical qualification, presentation of solution proposals and high-level designs and demonstrations; Run, manage and drive proof of concepts (POC) and request for proposals (RFP) and close opportunities from a pre-sales perspective; Build sound relationships with partners and customers in support of sales objectives; Lead technical sales calls; Complete required pre-sales documentations in a quick and accurate manner; Develop content, train and support Ivanti partners and customers; Respond to after-hours support queries during assigned rotations and elevate issues if needed; Put available systems into practice ( CRM for leads, opportunity and deal registration management) for output efficiency and standardization. Understands Uptime Institute Tier certification and being capable of providing a complete data center solutions Understand TIA requirement for Data Center Solutions Multitasking and ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines maintaining high quantity work. Position Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field. Experience At least 3 years of relevant experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
