Key Responsibilities Tender amp RFP Analysis Evaluate RFPs RFQs and technical specs to design end-to-end network enterprise security and CCTV solution architectures BOQ amp Solution Design Create comprehensive Bills of Quantities BOQs technical compliance sheets high-level low-level network designs and ELV layouts Security amp Network Engineering Design secure LAN WAN WLAN infrastructures integrated with next-generation firewalls VPNs network access control NAC and IP surveillance systems Vendor amp OEM Engagement Partner with key OEMs e g Cisco Fortinet Palo Alto Hikvision Axis Milestone to secure pricing system validations and deal registrations Client amp Consultant Presentations Conduct technical presentations system demos and Proof-of-Concept POC validation tests for key clients consultants and stakeholders Site Discovery Execute on-site technical surveys across client sites in Riyadh to assess feasibility bandwidth storage needs and infrastructure constraints Implementation Handover Draft clean technical handoff documentation to ensure smooth transition to project delivery teams upon contract award Required Qualifications amp Experience Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering Network Engineering Electrical Electronics Engineering or IT Transferable Iqama preferred Experience 3 to 6 years of hands-on pre-sales or solutions architecture experience focusing on Networking amp Security in the Saudi market Core Technical Competencies Networking Enterprise Routing amp Switching LAN WAN WLAN SD-WAN Structured Cabling and Fiber optic infrastructure Security amp Surveillance Next-Gen Firewalls NGFW IPsec SSL VPNs NAC IP CCTV systems Video Management Systems VMS and Access Control Systems ACS Certifications Preferred CCNA CCNP Enterprise or Security Fortinet NSE 4 PCNSA PCNSE or vendor surveillance certifications Hikvision Axis Milestone Technical Tooling Advanced proficiency in BOQ estimation Excel network diagramming Visio and reading architectural ELV CAD drawings Languages amp Mobility Professional proficiency in English Arabic is a strong plus valid Saudi driving license Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or IT. Transferable Iqama preferred. Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on pre-sales or solutions architecture experience focusing on Networking & Security in the Saudi market. Core Technical Competencies: Networking: Enterprise Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN/WLAN, SD-WAN, Structured Cabling, and Fiber optic infrastructure. Security & Surveillance: Next-Gen Firewalls (NGFW), IPsec/SSL VPNs, NAC, IP CCTV systems, Video Management Systems (VMS), and Access Control Systems (ACS). Certifications (Preferred): CCNA/CCNP (Enterprise or Security), Fortinet NSE 4+, PCNSA/PCNSE, or vendor surveillance certifications (Hikvision/Axis/Milestone). Technical Tooling: Advanced proficiency in BOQ estimation (Excel), network diagramming (Visio), and reading architectural/ELV CAD drawings.
