Position overview The Power BI Data Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The individual in this role will design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support marketing, event management, and business decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and cleaning data from multiple sources, performing data modeling, and translating business requirements into insightful visualizations. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand key performance indicators, provide data-driven recommendations, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of business intelligence outputs. The role also involves monitoring dashboard performance, documenting data models, and continuously improving reporting solutions to align with company goals. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions. Create and optimize data models using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query. Connect Power BI to multiple data sources, including SQL databases, Excel, APIs, and cloud platforms. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reports and dashboards. Monitor report performance and optimize dashboards for speed and scalability. Develop and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and executive-level reporting dashboards. Automate recurring reports and data refresh processes. Support users by providing training, troubleshooting, and guidance on Power BI reports. Present analytical findings and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable manner. Requirements Experience in Data Analysis. Experience in designing and developing reports and dashboards using Power BI. Knowledge of Tableau and other Business Intelligence tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, insights, and business recommendations. Experience working with databases and writing queries (SQL). Knowledge of using Artificial Intelligence tools for data analysis while maintaining data privacy and confidentiality. Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
