Malayalee Chef City: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia We are seeking a talented and experienced Malayalee Chef to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Malayalee dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Malayalee dishes using fresh ingredients Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer demands Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and safety Create new menu items and suggest improvements to existing dishes Follow all health and safety regulations Requirements Proven experience as a Chef, preferably with a focus on Malayalee cuisine Knowledge of traditional Malayalee cooking techniques and ingredients Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff Excellent communication skills Good time-management skills Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends Salary We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.
