Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day media operations across multiple projects and teams Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure timely execution Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and clients to align on requirements Maintain accurate records of media schedules, assets, and performance data Support quality control and compliance checks on media deliverables Prepare status reports and operational summaries for management Identify process bottlenecks and recommend efficiency improvements Required Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic Proficiency in MS Office and media/project management tools Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Team player with a proactive, service-oriented mindset Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in media operations, advertising, or production coordination preferred Familiarity with media planning/scheduling systems is an advantage Valid Saudi work eligibility or transferable iqama preferred Experience Requirement 1-3 years of experience in media operations, agency coordination, or a similar administrative/operational role within media, advertising, or broadcasting industries.
