Job Description

IBM Tech Stack Mastery: 12–14+ years of deep expertise across the complete IBM Data Integration suite, including IBM Data Stage (v11.x / Cloud Pak for Data), Quality Stage, Information Analyzer, Information Governance Catalog (IGC), and IBM Db2. Architecture Proven Track Record: Proven experience acting as a Lead or Principal Architect on at least 2–3 large-scale, full-lifecycle enterprise data warehouse or data lake implementations. Advanced Data Stage Engineering: Expert-level knowledge of Parallel Job mechanics (combining, sorting, partitioning, collection methods) and custom routine development (Parallel routines/Build Ops). Data Ecosystem & Platforms: Strong expertise interfacing Data Stage with diverse environments such as Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, Hadoop/Hive, and modern Cloud Data Warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse). Scripting & OS: High proficiency in Unix/Linux shell scripting, grid scheduling tools (Control-M, Tivoli, or Autosys), and SQL/PL-SQL optimization.
