Job Summery: To manage all activities in the food chemistry testing laboratory. prepare annual plan, supervise the team and execution plan. Job Description: Dealing with GC-MS, LC-MS, HPLC, IC analysis of food, pesticide and food packing. Establish of new chemical analysis of food and beverages. Assist for the management of the Laboratory requirements. Supervision of all Chemical Analysis activity verify the results and interpret the result. To review all Records and Reports. Preparation of Yearly Central Laboratory Budgets requirements. Manage reporting, monitoring, resources, and laboratory personnel. Keeping abreast with the Latest Developments in Chemical Laboratories worldwide. Creating training plan and determine of training needs. Work closely with team members to provide effective solutions to support business and quality objectives. Facilitate effective communication across internal departments by trending and reporting data. Establish and improve procedures and processes by addressing issues and risks. Establishes and maintains a calibration program for testing equipment that affect quality result and P. T. program for testing Methods. Establish and perform of quality management system to comply with ISO17025 accreditation. Coordination with local Government Agencies like SASO, SFDA, etc. Establish training plan and determine of training needs. Utilize proven employee management solutions to improve productivity and efficiency. Special provision for people with disability will be accommodated. Facilitate the flexible working hours for people with disability. Needed accessibility need were made available including facility access and technology.
