Jeddah, Saudi Arabia | Posted on 04/07/2026 Responsible for ensuring all civil construction works comply with SEC standards, project specifications, and approved quality procedures. Implement project Quality Plan and civil ITPs Inspect installation of switch-gear, transformers, cables, and auxiliaries Coordinate inspections and testing with SEC Review electrical method statements and submittals Monitor testing and commissioning activities Manage electrical NCRs and quality records Participate in the clients’ inspection and acceptance Check the quality inspection documents provided by clients or third parties are in line with the quality standard and criteria Maintain Electrical QA/QC records and dossiers Identify, record, and follow up on NCRs and corrective actions Participate in internal and external quality audits Requirements Special training, technology use, and language skills PMP Certificate AUTOCAD ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems SEC Electrical standards and procedures Competencies Strong understanding of QA/QC systems and ISO 9001 requirements. Experience in HV substation civil and infrastructure works. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Familiar with the power sector and having experience in substation is a preference. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Good teamwork sense and active in work. High responsibility, sense, and professional attitude. Excellent communication and coordination skills within the organization and with clients.
