Project manager

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management skills with business analysis, strategic thinking, and commercial awareness — someone who can take an initiative from analysis through execution and ensure things get done. What you’ll be responsible for: Own and manage key projects and strategic initiatives in Saudi Arabia from planning through execution and follow-up. Analyze business performance, KPIs, sales and market data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. Monitor market developments, industry trends, competitors, and relevant regulatory developments. Translate data and market insights into clear recommendations and actionable business initiatives . Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and action plans and ensure effective execution. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Operations, IT, and other internal functions . Manage stakeholders and drive collaboration across teams without direct authority. Prepare management-ready reports, presentations, dashboards, and business updates for senior management. Work closely with the Managing Director on priorities, meetings, strategic initiatives, and follow-ups. Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and key actions, proactively identifying challenges and solutions. Support process improvements and initiatives that enhance business and customer performance. What we’re looking for: 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Project Delivery, PMO, Business Analysis, Strategy, Business Development, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related discipline. Proven experience managing projects and initiatives end-to-end . Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Strong understanding of business performance, KPIs, and market trends. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with senior management is highly preferred. Nice to have: Experience in Fin Tech, Payments, Financial Services, Retail, Travel, or Operations . Experience with Salesforce, Micro Strategy, or other business intelligence tools . PMP / CAPM or other project management certification. Experience working with Saudi government entities or external stakeholders.
