Job Description

Supervise architectural works across residential, commercial, retail, office, clubhouse, and amenity buildings. Review architectural shop drawings, materials, samples, mockups, and method statements. Inspect blockwork, plastering, ceilings, flooring, doors, glazing, joinery, stone, and finishing works. Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, MEP, landscape, facade, and interior works. Ensure consistent quality across repetitive villas, townhouses, and apartment units. Resolve architectural discrepancies and maintain compliance with approved designs and codes. Lead snagging, de-snagging, and architectural handover inspections. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. Minimum 10 years of architectural supervision or design-coordination experience. Proven experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial projects. Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, residential typologies, commercial spaces, and building-envelope interfaces. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, BIM coordination, and drawing review.
