Nurse supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team at a leading hospital in Mecca Saudi Arabia As a Nurse Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of our nursing staff ensuring that high-quality patient care is provided Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of nurses providing guidance and support as needed Develop and maintain nursing schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times Conduct regular evaluations of nursing staff performance and provide feedback Ensure compliance with all medical protocols standards and procedures Monitor patient care plans and make necessary adjustments as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care Assist in the recruitment training and orientation of new nursing staff Handle any patient or family concerns or complaints in a professional manner Maintain accurate records of patient care activities and staff performance Requirements Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field Minimum of 5 years experience as a registered nurse in a hospital setting Proven experience in a supervisory role preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of medical protocols standards and procedures Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English knowledge of Arabic is an advantage Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed The salary for this position is $1700 per month Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse looking for career growth in an international setting Candidates must have a valid biometric passport This position is open to Indian nationals only We thank all applicants for their interest however only those selected for an interview will be contacted #J-18808-Ljbffr
