Senior Development Lead Full Stack Microservices Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaExperience: 8+ Years Role: Senior Development Lead / Technical Lead We are looking for a hands-on Senior Development Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, LLD, API Development & Security, and React JS . The ideal candidate will be a Player-Coach who can lead developers while actively contributing to technical design, LLD, coding, code reviews, troubleshooting and production support . Key Responsibilities Lead technical design and translate requirements into LLD, service architecture, API contracts and integration flows . Develop scalable Java/Spring Boot Microservices and REST APIs . Drive API security using OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, Authentication/Authorization and API Gateway concepts. Provide technical leadership for React JS development and API integration. Remain hands-on with coding, debugging, performance optimization and complex technical issues. Conduct code/design reviews , mentor developers and remove technical blockers. Support production/L3 issues, RCA, deployments, DR activities and application stabilization . Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, QA, Dev Ops, Security and Business teams. Preferred candidate profile Must-Have Skills Java 8/11/17+ | Spring Boot | Spring Security | Microservices | REST APIs | LLD | JPA/Hibernate | SQL | React JS | Java Script/Type Script | OAuth2 | OIDC | JWT | API Gateway | Git | CI/CD | Docker/Kubernetes | Jenkins/Azure Dev Ops Candidate Profile 812+ years of software development experience. 3+ years as Technical Lead / Development Lead. Strong expertise in LLD + Java/Spring Boot + Microservices . Strong API design and security knowledge. Good hands-on React JS experience. Proven ability to lead a development team while remaining hands-on technically . Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
