Practical Information Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Reports to: Service Line Delivery Lead | Contract type: Full-time | Visa Requirements: Valid Visa for KSA | Language Requirements: Fluent / professional English, written and verbal, Arabic is a strong plus We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in backend development, systems integration, and application deployment to help build and enhance enterprise AI-enabled solutions within a secure industrial environment. In this role, you will focus on developing robust backend services and APIs, enabling real-time data integration, ensuring application reliability, and supporting containerized deployments and production readiness. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with modern web architectures, enterprise integrations, AI/ML services, and container platforms such as Open Shift and Kubernetes. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain secure backend services and APIs for enterprise web applications Build and enhance application services for reporting, dashboards, notifications, user workflows, administrative functions, and AI-enabled capabilities Integrate applications with enterprise data sources, operational platforms, document repositories, notification services, and existing backend systems Develop and support real-time or near-real-time data flows using APIs, Web Sockets, Server-Sent Events, message queues, and similar integration patterns Collaborate with AI and data teams to integrate model outputs, analytics services, RAG/LLM capabilities, and monitoring components into application workflows Support containerized deployments using Docker and Open Shift/Kubernetes, leveraging Bitbucket/Git, CI/CD pipelines, release management, environment configuration, and deployment validation Ensure application reliability, security, and operational readiness through troubleshooting, logging, monitoring, performance optimization, patch releases, secure coding practices, testing, documentation, and close collaboration with architects, frontend engineers, Dev Ops, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders Job Requirements Extensive experience in full-stack or backend-focused enterprise application development, with strong expertise in designing and building scalable backend services using technologies such as Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, Python/Fast API/Django, or similar frameworks Strong experience designing, developing, and documenting RESTful APIs, including secure API design, authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and enterprise integration patterns Hands-on experience with relational and No SQL databases, including Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, Redis, Timescale DB, or similar technologies Experience deploying and operating applications in containerized environments using Docker and Open Shift/Kubernetes, supported by a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git/Bitbucket workflows, code reviews, branching strategies, and release processes Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues, performance bottlenecks, integration failures, and application reliability challenges in complex enterprise environments Strong understanding of application security, vulnerability remediation, and secure software development practices Ability to work effectively in structured enterprise environments, following established processes for documentation, testing, quality assurance, and formal acceptance procedures What we offer Our company benefits vary based on your location, but always include: Global company culture: We defined our 6 core values through our company culture () Amentorwho supports your successful start and is at your side with advice and action President's Club: Recognition awarded by leadership and your peers Lifelong education: A variety of training and development opportunities Hire to Grow: We optimize our internal structures and feedback culture constantly to be your Employer of Choice, today and in future Company de ion Software One is a global provider of software and cloud solutions.
