Project Manager Logistics Facilities Construction Project Manager Logistics Facilities Construction Manage the full project lifecycle from mobilisation to handover ensuring delivery in line with programme budget quality safety and contractual requirements Coordinate with the client consultants subcontractors suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Prepare and monitor project programmes progress reports procurement schedules manpower plans and site logistics Lead site activities resolve construction issues and ensure works are completed to the required standards Manage risks variations claims delays and commercial matters in coordination with the commercial team Ensure compliance with HSE requirements authority regulations and company procedures Drive timely completion testing commissioning handover and project close-out The ideal candidate should have strong construction management experience in the GCC region, with previous exposure to logistics, warehousing, distribution centres, or similar fast-track facilities. Airport-related project experience will be considered an added advantage. Bachelor s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Minimum 10 15 years construction experience, including GCC project delivery. Proven experience in logistics, industrial, warehouse, or large-scale facility construction. Strong leadership, planning, communication, and contractual management skills. Experience in airport-related facilities is an added advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
