Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project execution and delivery. Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Manage shutdown and turnaround activities within approved windows. Direct multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Planning, Procurement, and HSE. Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendor performance. Monitor project costs, productivity, and profitability. Conduct project reviews, risk assessments, and progress meetings. Ensure compliance with client specifications and contractual requirements. Manage stakeholder communication and client relationships. Oversee commissioning, start-up, and project close-out activities. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. PMP Certification preferred. Primavera P6, NEBOSH, or equivalent certifications are advantageous. Experience Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power, or Industrial Projects. Minimum 5 years in Project Management or Execution Management roles. Proven experience managing EPC, Shutdown, Turnaround, and Brownfield Projects. Experience with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SATORP, YASREF, SADARA, Ma'aden, SEC, SIPCHEM, or similar clients preferred. Experience managing large shutdown workforces and multidisciplinary teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
