Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules

Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders

Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines

Manage project budgets and track expenses

Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met

Communicate with clients regarding project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques

Experience managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $1 million USD

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia is preferred

Fluency in English is preferred

Salary: $900 USD per month
