Key Responsibilities Develop detailed project schedules for infrastructure, rail, transportation, construction, and engineering assignments. Use Primavera P6 to build, update, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules. Evaluate proposed planning outputs for feasibility, completeness, logical sequencing, and alignment with project objectives. Analyze critical and near-critical activities to determine potential effects on key contractual and project milestones. Review schedule dependencies and interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and other delivery activities. Gather progress information from project teams and validate inputs before incorporating updates into the schedule. Support development of schedule forecasts based on actual progress, outstanding scope, constraints, and current performance trends. Coordinate planning information across project management, engineering, construction, commercial, and project controls functions.
