Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of a PIF mixed use project in Riyadh, overseeing the project from planning through completion. They will coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams while ensuring compliance with the approved scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements. Responsibilities Manage the delivery of a major mixed use project in Riyadh Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and key milestones Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders Monitor project progress, risks, costs, quality, and contractual obligations Present progress reports and project updates to senior management Resolve delivery issues and support timely project completion Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field Minimum 13 years of experience in project delivery, including mixed use developments Experience working on PIF or similar large scale projects is preferred Experience with project management consultants or real estate developers is preferred Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
