Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, responsible for cost estimation, measurement, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and budgets for construction projects. Measure and value completed works for interim and final payment certificates. Review and evaluate contractor claims, variations, and change orders. Assist in contract administration and procurement processes. Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports to management. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients on financial and contractual matters. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
