Job Description

Construction Manager to lead site construction activities for logistics and industrial facilities in Jeddah The ideal candidate should have strong GCC construction experience preferably in logistics warehousing distribution centres industrial facilities or similar fast-track projects Airport-related project experience will be considered an added advantage Key Responsibilities Manage daily site operations and ensure works are delivered safely efficiently and in line with project requirements Coordinate subcontractors site teams suppliers and consultants to maintain progress and resolve construction issues Monitor construction programme manpower materials equipment and site logistics Ensure quality standards drawings specifications method statements and HSE requirements are properly followed Support the Project Manager in planning progress reporting procurement coordination and risk management Lead site coordination meetings and ensure timely completion of civil structural architectural and MEP works Support testing commissioning snagging handover and project close-out activities Qualifications Bachelor s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline Minimum 10 15 years construction experience, including GCC project delivery Proven experience in logistics, industrial, warehouse, or large-scale facility construction Strong leadership, site management, coordination, and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, HSE, quality control, and project delivery Airport project experience is an added advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
