Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Posted on 12/25/2025 We are looking for a motivated Client Services Executive to support the commercial team in managing client relationships and ensuring seamless campaign execution across Augustus Media brand. This role requires someone who is highly organized, responsive, and confident in coordinating between clients and internal teams. Job Description Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients. Manage day-to-day communication and ensure timely responses and approvals. Convert signed proposals into internal execution briefs and align with content, editorial, and production teams. Monitor deadlines and follow up proactively to ensure smooth delivery. Review deliverables before publishing to ensure accuracy in format, tagging, captions, and overall quality. Support in preparing mid-campaign updates and final performance reports. Keep tracking sheets and documentation clean, updated, and organized. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account coordination, or digital media operations (agency or publisher background preferred). Excellent organization and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple live campaigns and follow structured processes. Understanding of social media publishing formats (Reels, Stories, Tik Tok, tagged content, boosting basics).
