Job Description

Responsibilities Planning and organizing production plan and schedules. Ensuring the manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. Determining quality control standards Budgeting the yearly raw materials and packing materials requirements and arrange ordering as per production plan. Evaluating materials suppliers for insuring best sources giving better efficiency. Overseeing production processes ensuring quality standard are being followed. Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime overseeing production processes insuring quality standard are being followed organizing the repair and preventive maintenance of production equipment liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff supervising and managing the work of junior staff Ensure the law, health and safety protocol are upheld. Languages Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue English - Very Good Own a Car Any Have Driving License Any Job Skills Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields. Prior experience with production as a director or manager. In-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations. Excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills. Basic computer skill and with software like MS Office. Confident and good decision-making ability with attention to detail. Working knowledge with either of the following Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma or 7 S Mode Very good in spoken and written English #J-18808-Ljbffr
