Hr manager (saudi national)

Overview Our client is a well established, American owned multinational organization that is a market leader within the manufacturing industry. They are looking to hire an experienced HR Manager for their operations in Jeddah and are specifically looking for a Saudi National who can support the continued growth within this region. Responsibilities Provide strategic input and define all of the HR visions and goals for the region. Work closely with the General Manager to align HR policies and procedures, develop recruitment strategies and campaigns, and focus on key projects related to employee engagement, organisational development, and HR strategy. Manage a team of three direct reports and be responsible for an employee headcount of 600+ in Saudi Arabia. Qualifications Minimum of six years of experience within human resources, with at least four years at a managerial level. Proven track record of implementing change within an HR capacity. Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic. Previous exposure within a multinational organization is essential for this role.
