Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Specialist (HR Specialist). Company Name: United Partnership Company. Required Experience: At least one year of experience in human resources. Job Description: United Partnership Company is seeking an active and creative Human Resources Specialist to join the team, contributing to the management and development of the daily operations of the HR department, and providing effective support to employees in line with the company’s policies and objectives. Main Responsibilities: Participate in talent acquisition processes, screening, and conducting initial interviews for candidates. Prepare and update employment contracts, and follow up on recruitment and onboarding procedures for new hires. Manage employees’ files and records, and update them regularly (leave, attendance and departure, and performance evaluations). Prepare monthly payroll runs and follow up on labor complaints or inquiries, providing appropriate solutions in accordance with the Saudi labor law. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Good knowledge of the Saudi labor law and HR policies.
