Job Title Customer Service Representative Job Overview The Customer Service Representative provides support to customers, responds to their inquiries, and processes their requests and complaints; to ensure a positive experience and build a distinctive relationship with customers. Duties and Responsibilities Receive and respond to customer calls and messages professionally. Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders. Follow up on customer requests and effectively handle issues and complaints. Record notes and data, and update them in the system. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the timely resolution of customer requests. Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest opportunities to improve service. Comply with the approved customer service policies and procedures. Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or higher, preferably a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact politely and professionally with different customers. Problem-solving and time-management skills. Proficiency in using computers and customer service systems.
