Jeddah, Saudi Arabia | Posted on 08/03/2026 Job Title: Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect Location Experience Required 12+ years of IT experience, with 7+ yearsin ERP implementations and 4+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions across Finance, Procurement, and HCM domains. The roleinvolves defining scalable, integrated, and secure ERP architectures whiledriving large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP architecture covering Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management), Procurement, and HCM modules. Define functional and technical solution designs aligned withbusiness objectives. Develop solution blueprints, architectural standards, andimplementation roadmaps. Lead ERP transformation programs and guide solution deliveryteams. Provide architectural oversight across all implementationphases (Design, Build, Test, Deploy). Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governanceframeworks. Business Process Transformation Collaborate with business stakeholders to redesign and optimizefinance and procurement processes. Recommend Oracle Cloud ERP best practices and standardization. Drive adoption of out-of-the-box capabilities to minimizecustomizations. Define integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud(OIC) and APIs. Design data migration strategies, reconciliation processes, anddata governance frameworks. Ensure seamless integration with non-Oracle systems (CRM, HRMS,legacy systems). Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and executives. Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions. Lead architecture workshops and solution reviews. Performance & Optimization Monitor ERP system performance and recommend improvements. Drive cost optimization and efficient use of Oracle Cloudservices. Required Skills & Qualifications Functional Expertise Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management) HCM Strong understanding of financial processes, accountingprinciples, and compliance. Technical Expertise Hands-on experience with: Oracle Cloud ERP architecture and configurations Data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi) Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) Knowledge of OCI fundamentals and cloud architecture patterns. Soft Skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Ability to navigate complex, multi-country ERP deployments.
