OUR OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Java Solution Architect, you will have the opportunity to design and implement robust, scalable, andhigh-performance software solutions using Java and other technologies that meetbusiness needs. You will be responsible for the architectural design of complex Java-based systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensureseamless integration and delivery. This role allows you to leverage your deepknowledge of Java technologies, cloud platforms, and best practices to drive innovationand optimize system performance. YOU WILL Design and implement high-level architecture for Java-based applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives andtechnical requirements. Collaborate with various stakeholders to clarifybusiness needs and detect dependencies, impediments and potential risks. Transform application storyboards and use casesinto fully functional software applications. Conduct code reviews and architecture reviews toensure adherence to established standards and practices. Detect bottlenecks and bugs and developeffective solutions to address these issues. Ensure code quality, organization, andautomation while architecting and designing scalable, robust, and innovative Java applications. Participate in the full software developmentlifecycle. Stay up to date with the latest industry trendsand technologies. Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence tocoding standards. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THEROLE YOU NEED Bachelor’s or master's degree incomputer science, CCE, or related field. Strongproficiency in Java, with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience. Deepunderstanding of fintech industry standards and practices. Experience insprint planning, backlog management, and resource allocation. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
