Position Summary OATI is seeking a business professional for the position of Project Coordinator, to assist in coordinating project deployments within the energy industry. The role requires demonstrated proficiency in communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of project structuring, planning, and implementation. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customer, vendor, and internal projects, including various administrative functions. In addition to contributing to leading industry initiatives, the position offers significant advancement opportunities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Location The position is based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be resident in or able to relocate to Riyadh at their own arrangement. OATI does not provide a relocation allowance for this position. The position shall be performed on a hybrid basis, with the employee primarily working remotely from a home office. However, the employee shall be required to attend the OATI office in Riyadh or other designated OATI or customer facilities whenever reasonably requested by OATI, including for meetings, business requirements, or other activities requiring in-person attendance. Reporting Relationship Technically: to the Project Management Specialist, OATI headquarters (Bloomington), for technical direction, project priorities, and quality of output. Administratively: to the Country Manager, OATI Saudi Arabia Branch, for in-Kingdom conduct, compliance, and Branch representation. Leave, travel, expenses, and day to day administrative support are handled through the OATI Administration Manager at headquarters in the United States. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative functions and support to project teams. Provide administrative functions to other groups in the organization, including processing documentation as needed. Participate in various solution project teams, providing support to the project team leader. Actively support, track, and monitor project communication and activities. Compile and track data and documentation for specific projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business and project management. Two or more years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role. Experience in a software application is a plus. Bilingual in Arabic and English. Experience demonstrating excellent written communication abilities. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to acquire new skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to coordinate multiple assignments. Excellent teamwork, ability to work independently, creativity, a good level of initiative, and a good sense of ownership. Acceptable background investigation report. Resident in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Compensation and Benefit Other Terms Full-time employment with competitive salary and benefits.
