House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a leading multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm in Saudi Arabia, providing integrated architectural, engineering, planning, and project management consultancy services. We deliver comprehensive solutions that support clients throughout the entire project lifecycle. We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Resident Engineer (Mechanical) to join our team in Al Ula. Key Responsibilities Supervise mechanical construction activities related to water storage tanks and associated systems. Review mechanical drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions. Monitor installation of pipelines, pumps, valves, fittings, chambers, and associated mechanical equipment. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. Coordinate mechanical works with civil, structural, electrical, and utility disciplines. Monitor pressure testing, flushing, disinfection, testing, and commissioning activities. Review WIRs, MIRs, RFIs, NCRs, and other project documentation. Resolve site-related mechanical issues and provide technical support. Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with HSE and quality procedures. Support the Resident Engineer with progress monitoring, reporting, project closeout, and handover. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical, water, and infrastructure projects. Strong experience in water storage tanks, pumping systems, pipelines, valves, and associated mechanical systems. Previous PMC/consultancy Experience Is Highly Preferred. Strong knowledge of mechanical construction, inspection, testing, and commissioning. Experience reviewing drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
