Sales development representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, generating and qualifying leads, and building the pipeline that fuels Mnzil's growth. What You'll Own Identify and research potential clients through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, Linked In, etc.) Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales team members Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to refine outreach strategies Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked Stay informed on Mnzil's offerings and the real estate/workforce housing market in Saudi Arabia What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing one) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset Comfort with cold outreach and handling objections Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Fluent in Arabic, with English proficiency This is an opportunity to kickstart your career in sales within a high-growth startup environment.
